i get 'word of the day' emails from dictionary.com (yes, i am that big of a nerd), and today the word was tmesis, which means 'In grammar and rhetoric, the separation of the parts of a compound word, now generally done for humorous effect; for example, "what place soever" instead of "whatsoever place," or "abso-bloody-lutely."' haha, yes. the first thing i thought of was brian kinney and his 'fan-fucking-tastic' and the like. i didn't realize there was a word for this. i love it! further proof that you can find qaf stuff anywhere.
